Afternoon Delight with the Kids of Manila Boystown

It was an afternoon of fun and laughter at the Manila Boystown in Parang, Marikina City - an outreach project of ASMSI Batch '95 for the benefit of some abandoned, forgotten, and voluntarily surrendered children.
The Batch with the support of some generous individual gives rubber shoes for boys and dress for girls and afternoon treat of Jollibee spaghetti + yum and Zesto drinks. The children had so much fun and so do we.

Selected boys and girls group rendered us some dance numbers as a gesture of thanks. c",)

Thanks for inviting me to be part of this outreach and thanks to the donors! More power and God Bless you more!

Fr. Al, Dakila Kang Ama

FR. AL, DAKILA KANG AMA

May isang pag-ibig na wagas
Ito'y inihandog sa mahihirap
Taglay mong pagmamahal na nagbigay ng liwanag
Sa mga pusong salat sa ginhawa

Tanglaw ka, ilaw at gabay
Sa mga kabataang mahal mong tunay
Na nakamtan ang mapagkalinga mong mga kamay
Upang tahakin ang landas ng Maykapal

Koro
O Fr. Al, dakila kang ama
Ang pag-ibig mo ay wagas at magpakailanman
Maging buhay iyong inialay
Sa mga dukha at walang malay...O Fr. Al

Sa aming puso, laging naroroon
Ang iyong mga aral at patnubay
Katapatan sa Maykapal at pagmamahal sa Inang Banal
Kalinisan at pag-ibig na wagas

Kailanman, O aming ama
Ika'y mananatili sa aming puso
Pagmamahal at liwanag mo'y aming ikakalat
Salita't gawain mo'y aming gabay...(Koro 2x)

The ID that Changed My Life Forever

Special Thanks to Sr. Imelda for accepting me to be one of the scholars of The Sisters of Mary School way back 1995!

Excerpt of my testimonial as graduate of the Sisters of Mary School:

My stay at the Sisters of Mary School opened new horizons and opportunities for me and for thousands of fortunate young men and women privileged to be served by dedicated sisters inspired to serve the poorest of the poor. My life was touched by Fr. Al even if I wasn’t able to meet him and thank him personally for bringing the Sisters of Mary to the Philippines.

To Fr. Al, Mother Michaela, Fr. Urrutia, my beloved Sisters, the dedicated teachers, all the workers inside the compound as well as the students I’ve met during my stay at Boystown, Silang Cavite…THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

You have touched my life in ways you may never know and for that I will forever be grateful to God for bringing you into my life.
